Finding a Multiplayer Game


Finding a multiplayer is fairly straightforward:

  • Select the multiplayer button on the main menu.
  • Search for your desired multiplayer lobby.
  • refresh the page if your friend's lobby has not shown up.

Hosting a Multiplayer Game


To host a multiplayer game:

  • Click the "host game" button on the multiplayer screen.
  • Set up the game to your personal preferences (make sure to click "allow custom civilizations" below the turn limit slider on the left-hand side of the game setup screen, if desired).
  • Click "Create Lobby."
  • Allow your friends (or enemies) to join, select their civilization, and ready-up.
  • After all players are ready, you can begin the game.
